S & A Quarter Horses is located in the Beautiful Morgan Valley of Northern Utah. We strive to raise quality well-bred Quarter Horses for all types of the working and performance horse enthusiast. We focus on today's popular working cow horse and roping bloodlines. We believe that in today's horse market, proven pedigree conformation and disposition is the most important focus of any breeding program. We run a small broodmare band to ensure that we can keep the best quality and health of all our foals for our clients.

Our program is based on our staple stallion Heats Up. Sired by Hollywood Heat and by a daughter of Zan Parr Bar. We feel that he is still America's most versatile quarter horse.
